Construction Manager (m/f/d) Building Construction / Residential Construction

Challenging tasks:

In your role, you oversee complex construction executions and make one wheel mesh with another in coordination and scheduling.
Cost and schedule controlling is also on your responsible agenda – of course, you have possible construction delays in view at all times.
You continuously coordinate with our purchasing department on material requirements on the construction sites and the release of incoming invoices.
Furthermore, we know the careful documentation of the construction process, such as construction reports and the construction diary, with you in the best hands.
Equally expertly take care of the acceptance or handover of (sub) trades, including comprehensive acceptance protocols, and hold construction meetings.
Whether blower door tests, soil analyses, concrete samples or the compressive strength of the floors – you prepare all tests professionally and accompany the final execution.

Your profile to the point:

Successful studies in civil engineering or a comparable field – alternatively a completed craft or technical training with appropriate further training and professional experience.
Found experience in a comparable position in the field of storey and residential construction and in project work.
Very familiar with the processes on a construction site and in the trades shell construction and / or interior finishing.
Advantage: good language skills in Polish.
Routinized in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as industry-relevant programs (eg MS Project).
