The apartments in the completed four houses are ready for their first tenants – freshly cleaned and ready for occupancy! With their spacious bathrooms, balconies and family space, they provide modern home amenities. Finishing touches are still under way on the grounds: Bicycle parking spaces are set up, turf is laid and playground equipment is installed.
The large development site is nearing completion and will soon be handed over to the “Stadt und Land” principal contractors, while the first residents are expected to move in by February.
