Dr. Christoph Schmid

• Started his career as management consultant in Cologne 

• Has served the group in various roles for more than 15 years 

• Member of the senior management of IWP Hohental ever since it was founded 

Frank Illmann

• Obtained a degree in economics in Wuppertal, with focus on finance and auditing 

• Acquisition, development, refurbishment and management of around 20,000 residential units in North Rhine-Westphalia, Berlin, Saxony-Anhalt and Lower Saxony 

• Over 30 years of experience in property administration, asset management and property development

Christian Marschner

• Studied in the field of Civil Engineering in Berlin, graduating as certified engineer (CEng) 
• Property transactions, acquisition of project developments new construction, planning and realization of over 9,000 residential units or 410,000 m² GFA in Berlin

• More than 25 years of professional and leadership experience in the construction and real estate industries 

Hanna Scharmach

• Studied architecture in Oldenburg, graduating as certified engineer (CEng) 

• Freelance architect 

• More than 18 years of professional and leadership experience in the area of land and property development, new-build construction and the management of refurbishment portfolios as well as the technical consulting and control of large-scale projects 

• Member of the corporate conglomerate since 2011
